Creating Support Ticket(s)

Bug reports, feature requests, and general questions can be submitted through the Coolfire Help portal, which is accessible via the web UI or mobile app.

Submitting a Ticket

  1. Click "Help" in the lower left corner

2. In the popup, choose the ticket type

3. Provide all the required information and submit

Once a ticket has been submitted, you will receive updates via email and inside of Coolfire.
